Botswana se regering het onlangs begin om uitvoering te gee aan sy plan om geleidelik minstens 1 000 Girolando-beeste uit Brasilië in te voer om sy afhanklikheid van ingevoerde suiwelprodukte te verminder. Luidens berigte het die eerste 186 dragtige beeste per vragvliegtuig in dié land aangekom.
